The City of Wodonga has taken delivery of a new NL160TF, mounted on a DAF FA LF 280 4×2 cab chassis. This recent delivery is the second Nifty-Lift and DAF combination for the team at City of Wodonga, with a Nifty-Lift NL140RKT joining their fleet in 2011.

The NL160TF is ideal for vegetation maintenance, with the 180º fly boom enabling precise placement of the arborist, and the huge side reach allows the trimmed vegetation to fall far away from the truck to avoid damage.

The NL160TF is also extremely adept at many other tasks, including street lighting, building maintenance and electrical services, making the NL160TF a great choice for councils. With narrow front outriggers, and the ability to ‘short leg’, setup is extremely compact and traffic management can often be avoided, saving time and money.

The DAF cab chassis was supplied by Twin City Truck Centre, West Wodonga.
