Nifty-Lift’s hugely successful NL170KTF and NL190KTF models have received an update, boosting performance in a number of key areas. The basket Rated Capacity has been lifted to 435kg, and with the addition of a basket liner the EWP is live line rated with a Rated Capacity of 400kg.

Crucially, these huge ratings are through the full range of EWP movements, including the 180 degree basket rotator.

The updated models also feature a wind rating of 72 km/h (20 metres / second), which will allow crews to begin repairing power networks during storms with high winds.
Despite the boosted basket capacity, the new models are no heavier, and benefit from the use of higher grade steels, and optimised fibreglass design. Travel height is also improved, as is the rear departure angle.

We are also pleased to announce the return of the popular ‘boom straight’ indicator light to assist in proper stowing of the EWP. With new technology, this feature is reliable and assists operators to stow the booms quickly into the rests without damage.

The updated models take on new names, with the 18 metre working height model being known as the NL180KTF (knuckle, telescopic, fly), and the 20 metre working height model being known as the NL200KTF.
