The NL160TF has joined another major electricity network business, with SA Power Networks taking delivery of a batch of this popular new work platform, mounted on Hino FG 1628.
One of the biggest factors in the decision to go for the NL160TF was the additional 3 metres of side reach compared to other 16m EWPs. With 12. 3 metres of side reach, the possibilities and efficiency improvements that can be achieved in both city and rural job sites are endless.

The NL160TF also offers a live line capable 132kv insulation rating, and with 350kg basket capacity with 180º rotator, it can also accommodate a basket liner with basket capacity remaining for operators and tools.

Our engineering team worked closely with SAPN fleet leaders to design a highly detailed custom bodywork design, which was built to our high standards to ensure the lockers and accessories last the life of the vehicle. The optimised design of the NL160TF with includes a multi-fold boom design and the use of high tensile steel ensures plenty of payload remains for tools and equipment.
